You can reset your password from the login screen by clicking 'Forgot Password' or contact our support team for assistance.

How do I add a new menu item?

Go to Menu Management > Add Item. Enter the item details, set pricing, and assign it to a category. Click Save to add it to your menu.

Can I use DineSolutions offline?

Yes! DineSolutions works offline. All orders are saved locally and automatically synced when internet connectivity is restored.

How do I connect Android tablets?

Ensure tablets are on the same WiFi network as your POS. Open the tablet app, enter the server IP address, and tap Connect.

How often is data backed up?

For Standard plans and above, data is automatically backed up to the cloud daily. You can also create manual backups anytime.
